2. The Part About the Augmented Object
Do 3D-Printed products age well
Our accretively manufactured (3D-Printed) objects are made with aerospace grade Titanium which is a biocompatible and hyppoallergenic metal.
Gold plating or what we call ‘filled jewellery’ will deteriorate with time. This is why we do not gold plate our augmented objects.
What is Modulaj by TRiiNG
Modulaj is our first line of augmented objects for Emotional Welbeing, Digital Detox and Connected Fitness. Modulaj facilitates social interactions, improves productivity & ensures personal safety.
What are context derived personas
You define your state of mind: ‘at work’ or ‘at play’ and interact with your networks in accordance with these pre-defined contexts.
How can I control my smart phone with Modulaj
Modulaj accepts haptic commands. Tap Modulaj to control your smart phone. Turn the ringer off with a tap or tap it to initiate a fake phone call. Should you need to, you can also activate your smart phone and transmit SOS notification with geo-location data to a pre-selected group.
How does Modulaj display notifications
Notifications from mobile device are displayed by blinking light and by discreet vibrations.
Built in flash memory allows Modulaj to function autonomously and deliver time critical events such as calendar alerts even where Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity fails or the mobile device is out-of-range.
What else is there in the Modulaj hardware
Microprocessor, flash memory, 3-axis MEMS accelerometer, RGB LED light, vibration motor with customisable settings, rechargeable Li-Poly battery, and rf-antenna with range of 10 meters | 30 feet. Weighing in at 8 grams with dimensions of 16 mm x 16 mm x 6 mm, TRiiNG hardware is optimized for superior wearable experience.
Is the Modulaj mobile application only for iOS and Android
As of now the Mobile application is configured for Android and iOS smart phones.
Is the Li-poly battery rechargeable
Yes. Offers 48+ hours of active use per charge. To charge your Modulaj anchor it to the charging dock provided. The charging dock connects to your laptop via USB cable.
Is Modulaj water resistant
Precision engineering allows us to ensure Modulaj is water resistant at IPX 6. But don’t go scuba diving with your Modulaj yet. For scuba diving and swimming enthusiasts who require constant ‘on the grid’ presence, we are developing a waterproof sports version.

TRiiNG product warranty
Your product warranty protects against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from date of original retail purchase. For pre-orders your warranty kicks in from date we ship your product. If manufacturing defect compromises functioning of your product, we will (1) repair the product at no cost or (2) replace the product.
Is Sales Tax included in the purchase price
Sales tax is applicable as per your state of residence and is added to the purchase price of your product at check-out.
Am I able to update my shipping address after my pre-order has been placed

Will my pre-order be refunded should I decide to cancel
